The international gastronomy congress Madrid Fusión celebrates the second day today. Tourism of Dénia, represented by the mayor and councilor for Tourism, Vicent Grimalt, and department staff, and the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (Aehtma) with its president, Cristina Sellés, are present at this meeting participating from the gastronomic destinations area of Saborea España.
Yesterday, in the presentation of the products of the Saborea Spain routes, Dénia contributed with a tasting of the traditional cokes of the Cidoncha Group.
Today the Tapas Route Tastes Spain is celebrated and our city participates with two creations by Fernando González and José Bañuls, chefs of the Lo Raset Group. For the occasion, they have prepared tapas of grouper tartar with almond milk, citrus, marinated fennel and donut and Cavalla squish with pericana in our own way, orange and pea sprouts.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, Dénia and the Marina Alta will be represented by the Bodega Les Freses, from Jesús Pobre, which will offer a tasting of its dry muscatel at the event "The Drinks of the Routes Taste Spain."
In addition, in the "Sweet Moments" space, you could taste traditional sweets from our area such as almond coca, orange cake, pumpkin and chocolate cake and coca Maria.
