Dénia is promoted in Madrid Fusion based on tartar, muscat and coca

The international gastronomy congress Madrid Fusión celebrates the second day today. Yesterday, in the presentation of the products of the Saborea Spain routes, Dénia contributed with a tasting of the traditional cokes of the Cidoncha Group.

Today the Tapas Route Tastes Spain is celebrated and our city participates with two creations by Fernando González and José Bañuls, chefs of the Lo Raset Group. For the occasion, they have prepared tapas of grouper tartar with almond milk, citrus, marinated fennel and donut and Cavalla squish with pericana in our own way, orange and pea sprouts.

Marina Alta Menu Exposed

Tomorrow, Wednesday, Dénia and the Marina Alta will be represented by the Bodega Les Freses, from Jesús Pobre, which will offer a tasting of its dry muscatel at the event "The Drinks of the Routes Taste Spain."

In addition, in the "Sweet Moments" space, you could taste traditional sweets from our area such as almond coca, orange cake, pumpkin and chocolate cake and coca Maria.
