Dénia is committed to ACIF to purchase equipment for their volunteers

The president of the Association against Forest Fires (ACIF), Joan Sala, met yesterday with the mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, to analyze the situation of the volunteer entity and its work in the Montgó fire and in surveillance work they carry out together with Civil Protection.

Tras las peticiones del presidente, la alcaldesa se comprometió a adquirir un equipamiento para los voluntarios y a estudiar el presupuesto de la renovación de emisoras de los vigilantes. Asimismo se adquirió el compromiso por parte del consistorio de gestionar con el parque comarcal de bomberos la posibilidad de cesión a ACIF de alguno de los vehículos 4×4 que tengan previsto retirar, así como solicitar a la Conselleria de Gobernación que dote a la asociación dianense de una emisora digital Tetra.
