Dénia Convention Bureau, an area of the Dénia Tourism department, has participated in the Corporate Conferences with national companies held in Pamplona on May 13 and 14. This action, included in the 2023 Activity Plan of the Spain Convention Bureau, the network of congress destinations that is in charge of the national and international promotion of local entities and affiliated congress cities, created a meeting place between 12 organizing agencies of events, conventions and incentives for Spanish multinationals and 12 of the more than fifty Convention Bureau in Spain.
Participation in this event was of great interest to the Dénia Convention Bureau, whose objective in 2023 is to publicize the infinite possibilities offered by our destination for holding events in the meeting tourism sector and sports-type incentive activities, gastronomy and culture.
The meetings between the participants in the conferences had a 1:1 format in which the Convention Bureau presented the natural, touristic and, above all, resources related to the MICE sector of the destination to companies that had previously attended the event. with a previous interest in knowing what Dénia could offer as a destination for meetings and incentives.
The final evaluation has been highly positive, since the participating companies highlighted not only the quality of the facilities for holding events, but also the geographical location of our city, at the midpoint between Valencia and Alicante. , is a competitive advantage over other destinations when choosing a place to hold regional meetings and congresses.
