D * NA Festival will have more than 30 stalls where you can enjoy traditional dishes, avant-garde preparations, local products and local crafts. In addition, two large stages will host different live cooking sessions and colloquia in which the invited chefs will analyze the coexistence of traditional knowledge and innovation in current Mediterranean astronomy.  

One of the attractions of D * NA is the interaction with the public through different places, which will be held from children's workshops to interventions of producers, artisans and cooks in which they will show how to cook red shrimp or make cocas.
