Dénia begins to protect itself with Posidonia from the harsh winter storms

The Dénia City Council has started this week the work of lifting the posidonia barrier on its beaches. It has started in the Marge Roig area and next week it will be extended to the next section of the Marineta Cassiana.

Some works that have already been carried out in previous years and that extend this 2022. And until 2023, since the intention is to maintain the natural wall until next May, with the aim of protecting the coast from erosion derived from the winter storms.
