Sports Gala met Thursday night in Dénia the cream of local sport. Athletes, clubs, organizations who support our sport and friends celebrated the annual gala awarded athletes outstanding for their achievements and goals met, clubs, municipal schools, sporting events and most anticipated of the night: the award for best athlete.
Candidates for the award were the athlete Llúcia Sanchez, Jacobo MiquelPauli Stiebler and Juan Calvo, sailors; canoeists Juan MonchoJuan Carlos Pérez Paulino Llobell; gymnasts Gal.la Gallo, Laura Crespo and Gema Cortés and finally winner of the night was proclaimed: Rugby player Daniel Sala.
With 51 points, the jury praised the career of this player, currently in the ranks of Tecnidex Valencia in the national division and that among other things has participated in the European Sub-18 Rugby in France this year.
