Creama reports the aid to the self-employed by the Servef

The Conselleria de Economía Sostenible, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor has called for aid to finance the fixed costs of inclusion in the Special Regime for Self-employed or Self-Employed Social Security within the Program for Promotion of Autonomous Work in the Community Valencian, for the 2017 exercise.

The aids are intended to finance the fixed costs of inclusion in the Special Regime for Self-employed or Self-Employed Social Security (RETA), self-employed or self-employed workers in the Region of Valencia who have paid contributions under 2017 or are able to quote for at least three years and up to a maximum of five years uninterruptedly, under Chapter II of the regulatory bases.

Among other requirements, beneficiaries must be registered in the Special Regime for Self-employed or Self-Employed Social Security, to develop their economic activity for profit, in a regular, personal and direct way in the Region of Valencia, Not having dependent workers hired by others and have completed 19 years of age.

The amount of the subsidy shall be at most the sum of the monthly payments that the beneficiary should pay to the RETA during this year 2017, in the amount corresponding to the minimum contribution base as autonomous according to his age, limited to the period in the that the seniority requirement established in Article 19.2 of the regulatory bases is met. This amount will not include the amount corresponding to the protection for temporary disability, the contribution to the specific system of protection by cessation of activity, the contribution for occupational accident and occupational disease corresponding to the age group in which the person is applicant, and in no case may be equal to or greater than 3.000,00 annual euros.
