Facilitating the incorporation into the world of work of people with different abilities and offering different activities to the functional diversity group is the objective that the Condemned to Curb Association search with your project A by inclusion, which is operational one more year.
The project lasts one year, and the workers will carry out their inclusion in the world of work in the different projects carried out by the Association: We are able, Municipal School of Adapted Sports of the City Council of Dénia, Multisensory Room, We want to go out, enjoying the summer, we are the same, we are different.
The project is a reality thanks to the biomedical company Pfizer, and the collaboration of the Adecco Foundation, which has continued to trust in this project for eleven years. The financial collaboration from the biomedical company Pfizer, 23.000 euros, allows the hiring of six workers with different abilities, along with the support of different professionals. The training and adaptations corresponding to each of the workers allow inclusion in the world of work to become a reality.
The peculiarity that people with disabilities "work, laugh and enjoy" with people who are in similar circumstances to theirs, is an extraordinary motivation for both. Adecco has an agreement with the Pfizer company with the dual purpose of offering support to social entities and promoting the social and labor integration of the functional diversity group.
The project shows how the inclusion of people with different abilities into the world of work is possible with the necessary trust and resources. The Department of Social Affairs and the Department of Sports of the Dénia City Council collaborate in it, as well as various individuals, which allow the Condenados al Curb projects to continue being carried out.
