La Condemned to Curb Association has started a new project that involves the creation of a group of Boccia, Paralympic sport similar to bowls and in which only involved people with affectations such as cerebral palsy and other severe physical disabilities, and moving in a wheelchair.
For several years Condemned practice this form of adapted sport, in fact one of its participants, Jorge Femenía, won the Provincial Championship Alicante, in the BC2 modalities, the gold medal in the year 2013, the Bronze in 2014 and silver in 2015, and this year.
After much work and effort, they have now created a specific group training, with the aim of creating a club to participate actively in the relevant competitions.
Computer components are; Pascual Cervantes, Jose Lluis Sirerol, Cristian Ferrer, Jorge Luis Osorio Femenía and the project is coordinated by Jimmy Higueras and the coach is Alejandro Puig. The training is being carried out at the premises of IES. María Ibars of Denia.
