He started the environmental education program in schools

The Department of the Environment has launched the Environmental Education program 2014 / 2015 course aimed at schools in the city. The offer is aimed at students of Early Childhood Education, Primary, ESO, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training.

A wide range of talks, screenings, itineraries and excursions, workshops, storytelling, teaching drama and exhibitions make up the environmental education program of this course.

Activities will take place in schools themselves, while outdoor itineraries serve to know the attractions of our countryside and urban parks. Natura also the Hall of the House of Iryda serve as an environmental resource for workshops and tours of the Montgó.

The Environmental Education program began this month of October with workshops and activities on domestic waste separation sponsored by the Generalitat Valenciana and waste management companies. The Councilor for the Environment, Sisco Signes, visited the session of the workshop on waste separation organized for the second year of Primary Education at Marist School.
