T-shirts for tablets for patients: Rockmantic's solidarity commitment
A wave of solidarity shows continues to travel through the Marina Alta to help workers and patients who are fighting against COVID-19. This is the case of the Rockmantic store and its original campaign that seeks to keep those inmates connected with theirs through a simple gesture.
«Cuando escuchamos que hay enfermos en el hospital de Dénia aislados, sin poder hablar con sus familiares e incluso, en algunos casos, ni siquiera despedirse, nos resultó imposible no hacer nada», afirman desde la empresa. Por ese motivo han lanzado esta iniciativa en la que ofrecen la camiseta «One Heart», destinando el 100% de la venta a la compra de tablets para los ingresados en el hospital «para que al menos puedan ver y sentir esos besos y abrazos de manera virtual».
«No podemos hacer que puedan verse físicamente pero sí que les podemos facilitar que estén conectados virtualmente y que puedan compartir todo el amor y cariño que en una situación así una persona enferma necesita», say the creators of the initiative.
