En The English Institute they have already opened the registration period for the fourth intensive English language course in summer.
It is a course oriented towards the examination of the University of Cambridge for obtaining the official certificates: A2 (KET), B1 (PET), B2 (FCE), C1 (CAE) and C2 (CPE).
It is a hard course, but effective. It involves 8 weekly hours of classes (two hours each day, from Monday to Thursday), plus some extra time dedicated only to oral practice, without counting the time and effort that they will have to devote at home. And there will be several internal tests to determine the progress of the students.
The course is designed for adults and teenagers alike.
Also at The English Institute you can also find two other types of courses: semi-intensive and alternative classes. The semi-intensive are designed for students who are between 6º of primary and 2ºBachiller. As the name says, it is intensive but in a different way. The attendance is daily, one hour and 15 minutes, from Monday to Thursday, with a mandatory exam every Friday. It is designed to solve, once and for all, the problems that the student may have with the language and / or make a great leap in their knowledge.
Finally, we alternate classes four weekly teaching hours, divided into two hours per session, two days a week. These classes develop more traditional style, quickly covering a wide range of language skills, as not being so busy in summer, we can expect more of the student.
