Students of the IES Number 3 will disseminate sustainable tourism in FITUR

Ten students of IES 3 number of Dénia have been selected to participate next week in the International Tourism Fair, FITUR, which is held in Madrid from 17 to 21 in January. The students have a mission: to spread sustainable tourism in the exhibition space of the city.

The students, dressed in the appropriate clothing, will distribute plants raised in the institute with the aim of spreading the riches of Dénia and the Marina Alta, and attracting potential tourists. Thanks to this experience, students will put into practice the knowledge acquired in the Customer Service module and will know first-hand the business world.

This initiative has the support of Dénia and the City of Pego, since it is the continuation of the one that started in the Pla del Miserà de Pego, where they learned to manage a camping area and an agency of tourist routes and a sports store ( Ecodénia).
