Aina Fornés and Miguel Castillo participate in the third National Meeting of Trainers

This weekend is held in Madrid the Third Generation Forum of Athletics to which coaches have been invited Aina Fornés and Miguel Castillo, from the Athletics Baleària Diànium Club, from the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation. It is a national meeting of trainers included within the National Sports Technification Program of the Higher Sports Council.

There will be a presentation of highly experienced coaches such as Ramón Torralbo, coach of Ruth Beitia, the Olympic champion in high jump. The theme to be treated during the weekend will be based on the planning and strength training in minors looking for the construction of the young athlete with a long-term perspective.

Aina and Miguel have been invited as coaches in Training, specifically, in the Combined Testing sector.
