This weekend is celebrated in Madrid the Third Forum Generation of Athletics to which the coaches have been invited Aina Fornés and Michael Castle, of the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium, from the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation. It is a national meeting of trainers included within the National Sports Technification Program of the Higher Sports Council.
There will be a presentation of highly experienced coaches such as Ramón Torralbo, coach of Ruth Beitia, the Olympic champion in high jump. The theme to be treated during the weekend will be based on the planning and strength training in minors looking for the construction of the young athlete with a long-term perspective.
Aina and Miguel have been invited as coaches in Training, specifically, in the Combined Testing sector. A great experience is coming for both of them, since they will acquire the most up-to-date knowledge about the work of strength directed to the different athletics specialties that will later be transmitted to Athletics Club athletes Baleària Diànim, in this way to get athletics to be better and better in our region.
