Dénia opens a new restaurant with signature cuisine with flavors that remind us of the past: Restaurant Orígens

Restaurant Orígens It presents us an author's kitchen with four hands, based on our land and our sea, without forgetting the new inspirations of lands rich in gastronomic culture, like the oriental one.

Amanda Fornés Carrió and Ximo Ivars Guerrero embark on this new project, in which we can enjoy exquisite dishes, prepared with traditional flavors with a touch of modern and avant-garde modern-day cuisine.

Amanda is the chef who will head up the kitchen. She has a vast track record and experience. She had the recognition of working in one of the restaurants awarded with a Michelin Star in the Marina Alta. While Ximo comes from a family of restaurateurs, his father runs the renowned Casa Cantó Restaurant in Benissa, with more than 34 years of experience and specializing in home cooking and fresh, seasonal products.

In a cozy environment, with a very personal and detailed decoration, this new project will start today to delight diners with several dishes prepared with all the care and attention of their kitchen team.
