The Valencian public television, À Punt, dedicated a space in its programming to talk about the gastronomy of Dénia and the products of the Marina Alta area. For this, he had the collaboration of Bruno Ruiz, chef of the Escondida Restaurant and the recently disappeared Aticcook.
Through an interview with the chef, the specialties of Dénia's cuisine and its strengths were shown, highlighting the use of local products which are of high quality. In addition, they took the opportunity to talk about the chef's new project, Escondida, located on Bovetes beach and on which he now focuses all his attention after announcing the closure of the establishment with which he achieved so much recognition: the Aticcook Restaurant.
