The Valencian public television, À Punt, dedicated a space of its programming to talk about the gastronomy of Dénia and the product of the area of the Marina Alta. For this, he had the collaboration of Bruno Ruiz, chef of the Escondida Restaurant and the recently disappeared Aticcook.
Through an interview with the chef, the specialties of Dénia's cuisine and its strengths were shown, highlighting the use of local products which are of high quality. In addition, they took the opportunity to talk about the chef's new project, Escondida, located on the beach Bovetes and in which he now focuses all his attention after announcing the closure of the establishment with which he achieved so much recognition: the Aticcook Restaurant.
