I can understand that there is a delay with operations or treatments, due to covid. I cannot appreciate that telephone agreements regarding results are not fulfilled. Not 1x but even 4x, while it was said you will get the result within a few days. I had my abdominal ultrasound 2 Dec and I hope that the telephone appointment will actually be fulfilled today. I have walked around with pain for weeks, have had 7 courses of antibiotics, a lot of other medicines and pain killers, 6 urine tests, 2 urine cultures, 2 uterus cultures. With a quick result, I would have been spared a lot of suffering. I went into contact with a private clinic and the same evening I had a treatment and follow-up treatment, results hopefully according to appointment, without weeks of stress and pain.

With all due respect, have you tried using a translator? It would be of great help. I'm going to try in the UK in Spanish, let's see if it works for me.

If you had so many "inconveniences", did you not try to do the treatment in your country?
