Dénia is promoted in Madrid Fusion based on tartar, muscat and coca

The Madrid Fusión international gastronomy congress today celebrates the second day. Dénia Tourism, represented by the Mayor and Councilor for Tourism, Vicent Grimalt, and staff from the department, and the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (Aehtma) with its president, Cristina Sellés, are present at this event participating from the area of ​​gastronomic destinations of Saborea Spain.

Yesterday, in the presentation of the products of the Saborea Spain routes, Dénia contributed with a tasting of the traditional cokes of the Cidoncha Group.

Today the Tapas Route Tastes Spain is celebrated and our city participates with two creations by Fernando González and José Bañuls, chefs of the Lo Raset Group. For the occasion, they have prepared tapas of grouper tartar with almond milk, citrus, marinated fennel and donut and Cavalla squish with pericana in our own way, orange and pea sprouts.

Mañana miércoles, Dénia y la Marina Alta estarán representadas por la Bodega Les Freses, de Jesús Pobre, que ofrecerá una cata de su moscatel seco en el acontecimiento «Las bebidas de las Rutas Saborea España».

Además, en el espacio «Momentos dulces», se podan paladear dulces tradicionales de nuestra zona como la coca de almendra, bizcocho de naranja, pastel de calabaza y chocolate y coca Maria.
