Some cultural events recall the figure of María Ibars in the 50 anniversary of his death

The Municipal House of Culture of Dénia will host, on April 17 and 18, the II Conference Maria Ibars: mestra i escriptora They are seeking to recall the important figure of this important woman in the history of Dénia.

Organized by the IES María Ibars and CEFIRE of Alicante, these days have the cooperation of the City of Denia and the UNED, and involve the participation of renowned experts and didactic literary work of the writer.

The day on April 17 will take place from 17 to 21 pm at the Municipal House of Culture and will be attended by Tere Ballester, Rosa Seser, Maria Roser Cabrera, Carles Mulet, Pepa Ribes and Emili Casanova.

The 18 day presentations will take place from 10 to 14 hours in the IES María Ibars and involve the participation of Joan Ivars, Antobi Prats, Jaume Ginestar, Tomàs Llopis and Emi Grau.

These seminars aim to value the figure of María Ibars, disseminate and assert their task, besides knowing the social and political context of the time of the writer. You can see here the full program of the conference.
