An exhibition, routes and much poetry to celebrate the anniversary of the death 20 of Estellés

The most prolific, read and popular of all time Valencian poet, the most important of our language after Ausiàs March, emblem of the Valencian culture, Vicent Andrés Estellés, this year is more present than ever in the Dianense cultural life.

Next March 27 will be the 20th anniversary of his death, and the Dénia city council, in collaboration with the Valencian Academy of Llengua, has prepared a wide agenda of events to remember the figure of Estellés presented yesterday by the councilor for culture, Pepa Font.

Precisely from yesterday and until Saturday, a traveling exhibition that collects the poet's career can be visited in the lobby of the Municipal House of Culture. Along with this exhibition, organized by the AVL, about twenty copies of different works by Estellés have arrived at the library that can be consulted by users.

Wednesday, Estellés reach smaller as cuantacuentos in the children's library, where we shot Teatre offer "An Estel; Estellés".

On Thursday, February 14, at 20 p.m., the Baix la Mar Reading Agency will host the presentation of the unpublished book "L'inventari clement de Gandia"Published by Ediciones 96, in charge of the co-editor of the book, Maria Josep Escrivà.

In March, the day 22, a marathon of poetry with his works at the Municipal House of Culture organized by the Association of Marina Alta Poesia from the 20 hours will be held.

The main event of the celebration will be on Thursday 11 April, when the official ceremony takes place in the city of Dénia which is expected to go the President of the Valencian Academy of the Language as well as mayors and councilors of culture of the whole region .

25 Thursday April all day, be held at the Social Center poetic recital "Llibre de Dénia" by the rapsoda Tomàs Llopis, pianist Francisco J. Pérez, flutist Alicia García; Sandra Miguel Alfonso Pérez violin and guitar.

The events will end on Sunday 5 March with the Itinerary Poético Vicent Andrés Estellés, which will visit places connected with the poet's life ranging from Finca de Cassiana Palmir to the hermitages of Dénia, through the factory Portland or La Pedrera.

Parallel to all these acts, the Valencian Academy of the Language has published a comic book distributed among schools with the title "La clau que obri tots els panys", the book "Pobles of the Mural" and CD "Demà will be a song".
