A Norwegian health delegation visits the Hospital of Dénia

A delegation from the Electronic Health Research Center, Norwegian Center for e-Health ResearchTogether with a group of health authorities from the Scandinavian country, they visited the Dénia Hospital this week to take an interest in Electronic Medical History -HCE- and in organizational systems and workflows.

The teams were received by the Managing Director of the Department of Health, Luis Carretero, and the Director of Systems and Information Technology, Vicent Moncho.

After the presentation of the Department of Health of Dénia, the delegation visited the services of Emergency and Radiology. In addition they were explained the work flow of the specialists, the electronic prescription and the process of clinical documentation.

On behalf of the Nursing, the Norwegian group was able to see first-hand the care plans and the drug administration system.
