A famous Swedish multinational furniture sector in Dénia acquires land for its new center

After the many obstacles imposed by the city of Alicante to the Swedish multinational to open a new establishment, the shareholders of this important group dedicated to the furniture have sought new solutions.

The past month have maintained contacts with a major property group to acquire new land on which the new center that intend to open in our city.

The lands that have already been sold to the Swedish group have an area of ​​approximately 200 hectares arising on activities and tertiary uses, business and public spaces. The site chosen is a large plot situated in a strategic location between the road of Les Marines and the Cami de Gandia.

The City Council of Dénia is responsible for the processing and approval of the management infrastructure and execution of the action, for which it will have the "financial"of the Department of Infrastructure.

The construction of this new center will begin once all permits are granted. From the Swedish group notes that could be before next May.
