A gala dinner very casual celebrating the beginning of the Moors and Christians

The Moors and Christians moved, as usual, to salons El Poblet after conclusion of the first official act, the festive opening speech held in the Plaza del Consell by José Enrique Garrigós.

The presidential table was attended by captains and bearers of this year; FEMMICC president; the harbinger of the holidays; representatives of the celebrations of Sant Roc; the faller of Denia and the president of the Local Board Fallera and local authorities.

Almost 400 people of all filaes Denia participated in the gala dinner in which, by a technical problem, had to deal with the heat for a few minutes until the damage could be repaired air conditioning.
