A worker loses his forearm in a work accident in Dénia

Occupational accident this Wednesday in Dénia. A man of 61 years of age has lost his forearm after being trapped, apparently, with an industrial machine.

The notice was received at 8:00 in the morning from a factory located in the industrial estate of Dénia. A SAMU unit and medicalized helicopter based in the province have moved to the site.

The injured person has been stabilized and taken by helicopter to the Intermutual de Levante hospital in San Antonio de Benagéber (Valencia), according to the Information and Coordination Center for Emergencies (CICU).
