A large group of Spanish chefs will support this afternoon's candidacy to Gastronómica City Dénia

There is little more than a month to know if Dénia finally becomes the Creative City of Gastronomy of UNESCO. It will be the next 31 in October when the news is made public by UNESCO, and until then, the city continues its campaign to collect support.

This afternoon, and with the collaboration of the Generalitat Valenciana, will visit the city to give their support chefs Alberto Chicote, Yayo Daporta, Paco Torreblanca, Jesús Sánchez, Fina Puigdevall and Susi Diaz, who also cook an ambassador of gastronomic tourism Valencia.

The chefs will visit the fish market where they will be able to live the auction, and then they will hold a meeting with the media at the Hotel Los Ángeles, where they will show their support for Dénia's candidacy as a UNESCO Gastronomic City.

Dénia is the second stop of a trip organized chef who cooks will visit Valencia, Elche and Petrer and support and learn more about the cuisine of Valencia.
