Three swimmers triumph for Dénia Swimming Club in Elche

The Dénia Swimming Club was participating in the "XXIII Trophy Pascual Román", a competition that was organized by the Elche Swimming Club. It is one of the most prestigious pool trophies in the Valencian federation circuit. In this edition the Dénia Swimming Club, represented by the Aquàtic Les Marines Swimming Club, won a total of nine medals.

Noteworthy performances by Juan Andrés Gallego in 100 meter backstroke with a time of 1: 16.93, which earned him first place in young fish. While Julián Tamayo in 50 meter backstroke with a time of 50.70 lowered in more than four seconds his best. Tamayo was first classified in testing. For his part, Iván Kropf in 50 benjamín freestyle with a time of 35: 33 was the best for more than a second from his nearest rival.

Other swimmers who stayed at the podium doors, but they made some big tests were; Pau Agudo who was fourth in the 50 meter backstroke Benjamin. Miguel Ordóñez, a swimmer who is looking for national minimum mark and this accused in the competition which came with a cumulative training load.

In girls, Lucía Kropf, Mara Stoks and Alba Corts had a great race, managing to lower their best personal records in each of the tests they swam.

The technical team evaluated positively the results and especially the sensations that all the swimmers left in this appointment. It is fulfilling the goal set since the beginning of the season which is none other than competing with the most powerful clubs in the Valencian Community.
