Saturday May 13 held at the Social Center of Denia's final dance contest DéniaBaila 2017, aimed at people over 60 years. Felisa Blázquez de la Cruz and Jose Antonio Olivares Castilian, in the form of pasodoble; Marina Elena Porro and Brian Christopher Baker, who will participate with chachachá and Josefa Palones Baidal and Juan PHRASES Perez, who will make dancing a foxtrot, are the six finalists chosen in auditions held last March.

Since then, the three couples have been numerous preparatory activities for the gala: dance lessons, meetings with the aesthetic advisor Miguel Ángel Ivars, who advised them about their dress for the day of the contest, and Noemí Fornas, responsible for the hairdressing Social Center, which advised them about the hairstyle; and they visited Loles Brito Academy, where they received tips on makeup for action.

Looking ahead to the end of the day 13, couples have some activities ahead. Thursday held a day of living in the CdT Dénia Marina Alta, where they offer a gastronomic tasting prepared and served by students of the center.

The final gala will feature the performances of the winners of the Intergenerational Festival of the FIC Song last year, Marta Perelló, in the Children's category, and Andrea Soto, in Juvenil. The jury of DéniaBaila 2017 will be integrated by María Rubio, actress and theater teacher; Mayte Ortolá, dancer and director of the dance school Babylon de Dénia; Pepa Ginestar, broadcaster of Radio Dénia SER and Alexis Tellez Agüero, professor of Latin dances.

The DéniaBaila contest will be held on Saturday, 13 2017 May, at 20 pm in the auditorium of the Social Center. Admission is free and public access will be allowed to cover the capacity of the room.
