Tomás Arribas, distinguished gastronomic awards in Ruzafa Show Ediciones

Although not Dianense birth, she has made Dénia their land and proud boasts of it wherever it goes.

The innkeeper Tomás Arribas, owner of restaurants such as Peix and Brases, Blay Beach, El Comercio, Can Broch, Brewery Bavaria-Bräu, Tizzino or El Poblet before transferring it to Quique Dacosta, was honored with the award Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 delivering the publication Ruzafa Show Ediciones.

The awards, which were presented last week during the course of the presentation Almanac Gatronómico of Valencia in the Umbracle of the City of les Arts and Sciences of Valencia, they underline the path of a businessman dedicated to the food industry has managed to combine knowledge, experimentation and practicality in their different restaurants.

Not the first time an acquaintance of the Dianense kitchen is rewarded: in the first edition of these awards, held four years ago, Quique Dacosta was award Dish of the Year 2008.
