The Slow Food Marina Alta movement and the Baleària Foundation have organized a conference by the doctor of economics Pasqual Moreno Torregrosa in which they will talk about "Els Mercats de la Terra" and to be followed by a gathering in which representatives of the markets of Jesús Pobre, Xaló, Vall de Gallinera, Laguar, Benissa, Pego and Margalida will participate.
