Despite the fact that at first it was expected that the de-escalation would take a new step until it returned to the new normal, it seems that the Consell has opted to remain cautious and stop this advance. The restrictions will ultimately remain as is in almost all respects.

The curfew will continue from 22:00 to 06:00, the perimeter confinement of the Valencian Community will continue and the closings planned for hotels and businesses will remain the same.

However, significant restrictions on social gatherings have been released. To begin with, these will be allowed within homes with the participation of up to two groups of cohabitants. On the other hand, meetings in public spaces go from having a limit of 4 participants to 6, so in hospitality the tables will also go to that maximum number of diners.

These measures come into force next Monday, April 12, and will continue until Sunday, April 25.
