Said Day was second in the III Cursa Popular de Calpe

The athlete Said Day of the Baleària Diànium Athletics Club was second in the general classification in the III Popular Cursa of Calpe. Said was fighting for the victory but in the end he was overtaken by the winner, José Antonio Fernández who was the first to cross under the goal arch. The winner's time was 33:26, thirteen seconds later Said Day entered and the third place went to the Javiense, José Manuel García, who made a time of 33:48.

In women, the winner was Mª Isabel Ferrer with a time of 39:04, ahead of Sandra Díez and Mónica Mahiques. Among the women, Encarna Cardona and Christina Mallet from Baleària Diànium stood out, who were second and third respectively in the Veterans A category. In this same category, Ana Alberola was fourth.

In men in addition to the podium of the absolute victors, we must highlight Victor Fernandez who was the best in Veterans B. Vicente Llopis was the first in Veterans D and in this same category, Vicent De Juan was second.

Miguel Ángel Martinez was the best of Gin Tonic Running Club

As for the athletes of the Gin Running Tonic Club, the best was Miguel Ángel Martínez who entered the finish line with a time of 38:10. Gonzalo Durá made a mark of 38:45 and David Ribes a mark of 40:20, while Pablo Vera stopped the time at 40:31.
