"Sabor a mar", a publication that elevates the rigor of our gastronomy

These are the words of the chef Quique Dacosta about the book by Ángeles Ruiz "Taste of the sea", Which was presented last week at the Real Club Náutico de Dénia at great excitement and media professionals. Dacosta said "We were missing a publication of these characteristics that contributes to raising the scientific level and rigor of our cuisine."

Ruiz was accompanied by the Dénia Councilor for Tourism, Pepa Font, the president of Aehtma, Cristina Sellés, the chef Quique Dacosta, author of the prologue to the work, the director of the Dénia CdT, Pepe Vidal and the journalist of the newspaper Información and collaborator at work, Antonio Llorens.

This publication is the first issue of the collection "Gastronomic Logbooks of the Valencian Community" and it is now available in bookstores.
