Remove the transformer from the Plaza del Consell

During these days Iberdrola is proceeding to dismantling the electrical transformer Plaza del Consell to install underground transformer centers at the top of the square.

These works, framed in the DéniaFutur project, pursue the objective of meeting the needs of the area, guarantee power supply, clean up the facility and improve the visual impact of the Consell Square.

The mayor of the city, Ana Kringe, went yesterday to check the progress of the works together with councilors Pepa Font and Sisco Signes. The head of the Iberdrola area sector, José Ignacio Quintana, explained that the company's investment has risen to 438.000 euros.
