Chef Ismael Bilbao

Ismael Bilbao was born in the Sevillian neighborhood of Triana, where he discovered his vocation for haute cuisine by pure chance. After five years studying hospitality, he went to Barcelona to continue his training at the Hofmann School of Hospitality. He has been part of the Can Fabes staff, after impressing chef Santi Santamaría.

Once again, chance made him come to Dénia and fall in love with her, her enclave and her local product.
