Recognize the Dénia Department of Health to reduce workplace accidents

Following the implementation of various actions aimed at reducing workplace accidents, the Department of Health of Dénia has been distinguished by Umivale on behalf of the General Directorate of Social Security by reducing workplace accidents.

With this recognition are already several years that the health department is distinguished by its investment in the implementation of different measures to reduce workplace accidents, with levels lower than the average for companies in the sector claims, based on the criteria limits (number of casualties, duration and severity) established the Directorate General of Management of Social Security.

Javier Lobregad, Area Director of Umivale, has appointed the Department of Health of Dénia as "example of constancy and work"Stressing the importance that the Directorate has been given to the Occupational Health and Safety, as evidenced by the award of that bonus.

Currently, the Dénia hospital is implementing the Occupational Risk Prevention program, which includes different actions that have been implemented progressively and that are giving a very good result in terms of occupational health of professionals. An example of this is the use of corporate vehicles for home care personnel, the use of medical supplies with a biosafety device to avoid accidental exposures or the installation of the SAP system (Psychiatric Alert System).
