Quique Dacosta travels to Russia to continue with his "Four Hands" tour

Chef Quique Dacosta continues to travel throughout the European continent to cook, hand in hand, with the best chefs in Europe. The last stop has been the restaurant White Rabbit Of Moscow, where he has shared stoves with chef Vladimir Mukhin.

Dacosta stated, after dinner, that "Today we put everything on the table once again. Cooking here is a unique opportunity to enrich ourselves and find synergies between our flavors and roots. Europe is at a very high level in gastronomy, I am seduced by each of its traditions and ways of cooking".

Quique Dacosta, who has been cooking with Jonnie Boer, Andreas Caminada and Sven Elverfeld during this tour, is still committed to the philosophy of sharing experiences and knowledge in one of the most gastronomically valuable continents.
