The Michelin three-star chef Quique Dacosta resumes his European tour to 4 hands under the slogan Cooking friendship. This time he has offered a dinner with Georges Stylianoudakis in the Kensho Boutique Hotel, awarded this year with the World Luxury Restaurant Awards, on the Greek island of Mykonos.

«We put our knowledge and passion back in the suitcase to continue cooking in friendship with some of the most prestigious chefs in Europe, friends whom I admire and with whom I always learn», said Dacosta on his arrival in Greece.

The Spanish chef who in recent months has cooked with Jonnie Boer, Sven Elverfeld, Andreas Caminada or Vladimir Mukhin, traveled with part of his team to put ideas together and design next to the local chef a new menu of 16 dishes based on the synergy of creativity and products of their respective territories.

«This place is magical, Mykonos is a source of inspiration for me. We come to seduce with our cuisine», pointed the Spanish chef when landing on the Greek island. After completing the service, he assured that «We have generated a very particular atmosphere during dinner. Complicity between clients, chefs and the hotel team».

In this way, Dacosta continues his European tour through different territories and cultures, joining in the coming months with some of the most prestigious chefs. Your next stop is Ikarus (Hangar-7), a space dedicated entirely to art in the airport of Salzburg, Austria.

The next 30 in September, Quique Dacosta will lead the DNA gastronomic festival that will be held on the Marineta Cassiana beach. 17 countries belonging to the UNESCO network of Creative Cities of Gastronomy will be present at this event which will be attended by prestigious Spanish chefs.
