Six proposals were offered this year, which ended last Saturday with the closing party and awards ceremony, in whose track record reigned Catalan company, taking three of the seven awards were handed out:
- Best Actor: Carmelo Soler, Luis Guerrero, Joan Soler and Colau Claramunt, Company Barana Teatre (Albalat dels Sorells, Valencia), for the work Il rescue Belladonna.
- Best Actress: Irene Herrera, Company Unstable 21 (Lleida), for the work Q.
- Best Director: Antonio Gómez Company Unstable 21, for the work Q.
- best workElected by public vote: Q, of the company Unstable 21.
- Good use of Valencian: company Lletraferits & comediants (Gandia, Valencia), for the work L'últim rei.
- Special mention to work Prohibited games, of the company Ugteatro (Murcia).
This year, special mention of the Mostra was for Isabel Gallego, who was councilor for youth of the Dénia City Council between 2011 and 2015 and considerably supported both this event and all the initiatives proposed by the Escola de Teatre Comarcal.
As every year, raising the Mostra de Teatre Ciutat de Dénia will go to a charitable cause. On this occasion, beneficiaries students of the College of Special Education Raquel Payà, who will receive 2.300 euros
The closing party of the Mostra was complemented by the representation of the show ImproCloen, Wherein students of the ETC, having seen the participating works, made before the public an improvisation based on each of them, under the direction of Albert G. Caselles.
