They project a shopping center in the old ships Rolser

Dénia Project It is the name of the project submitted by the company Rolser and wants to realize in place currently are what were their ships, on Avenida del Montgó number 34.

This has been presented at a conference where they explained what it will be the action that will create a center of commercial activity in the area, which currently lacks such infrastructure.

The project contemplates the creation of a supermarket, commercial stores, a gym and a gas station with a washing area to serve the entire area of ​​La Pedrera, Paidos, Pare Pere, La Plana and Marquesas, since these are areas in which that the inhabitants are forced to travel to other places to have these services.

During the presentation, the company has presented all the permits requested and approved so far, from the basic project and execution of partial demolition of the industrial building that was granted in November of 2012 to the extension project of the Joan Fuster Avenue that was approved in May of 2013.

Likewise, the attached documentation shows that the company in charge of waste removal correctly carried out the removal of asbestos from the area, as well as the safety measures carried out for the construction of the gas station, which will be carried out by the Gasorba company.
