Concern among cyclists by building a bike path in Les Marines

Bicycle users in our city have shown their concern these days around the construction of a new bike lane on the Les Marines road, between Les Fonts and Nova Dénia. The works, which began a few weeks ago, are causing some circulation problems in the area and have even caused several accidents.

The last one, on Wednesday morning, when a vehicle had to be towed by the crane when the right rear tire had burst while it was driving down the road. In addition, neighbors of the area say they have seen falls of cyclists who have stumbled upon construction.

It is planned that the works will be extended for at least one more month, which will require special attention to drivers and cyclists who travel this section of road.
