The PP denounces that the Marina Alta passes "without pain or glory" through the budgets of the Generalitat

The Popular Party has announced the presentation of a total of 13 amendments to the budgets of the Generalitat Valenciana related to the Marina Alta, all of them related to necessary infrastructures in the region. The deputy Antoni Joan Bertomeu and the president of the party in Dénia, María Mut, have expressed their discomfort over budgets in which the needs of the region pass "without sorrow or glory".

Of these infrastructures, the popular ones place special emphasis on education. In Dénia, demand a nominative budget for the school of La Xara and for the special education school Raquel Payà, two schools that are included in the plan Edificant of the Generalitat Valenciana.

In this regard, the deputy and the councilor criticized that the Consell de Ximo Puig does not assume its responsibilities and "pass the ball" to the city councils, some organisms that are not prepared to face projects of that magnitude.

The popular ones did not make any valuation on concrete data of investments in the Marina Alta, but they emphasized that Dénia does not appear in the budgets, some budgets that "breach all the commitments acquired in the region".
