San Carlos Polyclinic has managed to notably improve the care of its patients by reducing the waiting time in the general emergency service to less than 19 minutes. And all thanks to the incorporation of innovative technological tools and new management procedures.

As part of its quality policy San Carlos has set a maximum limit of 25 minutes waiting for patients in the ER, a guideline that you get to meet even during periods of maximum influx of patients, such as periods of flu or winter diseases , where the average waiting time increased just a minute.
