They ask for 9 years in prison for a man who sexually assaulted his partner's underage daughter in Dénia

They ask for nine years in prison for a continued crime of sexual assault on a minor for a man accused of pushing and kissing his partner's 14-year-old daughter.

The events occurred during the month of April 2018 at the Dénia home where the family lived when, according to the Prosecutor's Office, the defendant approached the victim on several occasions, threw her against a wall or against the bed, immobilized her and kissed her, despite the minor's refusal.

The trial will begin next Tuesday at 10:00.
