They ask for 3 and a half years in prison for defrauding the partners of a Dénia hospitality company

The Provincial Court of Alicante will judge next Wednesday two men accused of defrauding the four partners of a hotel company in Dénia.

The Prosecutor's Office maintains that one of the defendants bought the firm in 2013 for a very low price in exchange for, within a year, releasing the partners from the obligations regarding the company's debts. According to the public accusation, instead, the defendant sold the company to the other defendant, so that both managed to keep it for a very low price and without fulfilling the consideration to which they had promised.

The Public Ministry requests a sentence of three and a half years in prison for each of the defendants for a crime of aggravated fraud.
