Pedro Martínez and Aida Pérez had an outstanding performance in the 'II Infern Trail'

Dianenses Pedro Martínez and Aida Pérez shone with their own light in the "II Infern Trail"A mountain race that had a route of 43.800 meters with 1.900 of positive slope. In this edition to the hardness of the race joined the inclement weather, cold, wind, rain and even snow in the highest parts of the route.

The test featured two main characters, Calpe's Joshua Aran and Dianense, Pedro Martínez. Both riders made the race together until reaching Orba where the stretch intense sprint that fell on the side of Arán was disputed. The winning time was 4: 04: 59, the same that was given to Pedro Martínez. The third place went to Daniel Martínez entered goal with a record of 4: 11: 29.

In the female category, there was a plenary session on the podium for the athletes of the Baleària Diànium Athletics Club as Patricia López was the winner with a time of 5:03:43. In second position came Aïda Pérez who made a mark of 5:15:31. In third position, Encarna Cardona crossed the finish line with a time of 5:37:52.

They managed to complete the race a total of 317 participants who demonstrated their love for the mountains.
