'Patis oberts' of the Colegio Cervantes incorporates a leisure space for young people from 10 to 14 years old
As of April 30, within the program 'patis oberts' which takes place in the courtyard of the Cervantes school, the dynamization 'Pati Jove' is launched, a leisure space aimed at young people from 10 to 14 years old, organized and managed by the municipal department of Youth.
This activity comes thanks to the grant received by the Dénia City Council for the development of the project 'Professional care bags for families with children under 14 years of age' of the Co-Responsible Plan of the Secretary of State for Equality and against Gender Violence , which aims to reconcile families with children under 14 years of age, and contributes content to the municipal project 'Patis oberts'.
The youth revitalization activity will take place every Saturday, from 17:20 p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., except for the months of July and August.
Young people will be able to participate in activities that will be varied and experiential, sports, artistic and cultural, with sustainable workshops for inclusion and equality.
The Councilor for Social Welfare and Education, Melani Ivars, has indicated that "we expect the participants to have an attitude of respect towards each other and towards the space that is made available to them and that they take care of the facilities and leave them in perfect condition".
Likewise, Ivars is confident that the revitalization will have a good response from young people, "because, after all, what we have done is make one of the proposals of the Local Council for Children and Adolescents a reality, which demanded having leisure activities organized in public play spaces”.
