The former mayor of the PSPV and head of the Urban Planning area in 2003 of Dénia, Paqui Viciano, accused of not demolishing a building despite having the obligation to do so, has been acquitted of the accusation of prevarication after the trial last Tuesday, November 9. The sentence that acquits Viciano was dated last Friday, November 12.
With this accusation, the Public Prosecutor asked the former mayor for 8 years of disqualification from the position of mayor or councilor, regardless of the municipal corporation in which she was. The accusation was such for disregarding his obligation to proceed with the order to demolish a work on the plot of Partida Galeretes de Dénia.
