If that really is the forecast of the PSPV and Compromis government team, with the support of CET (Podemos), from these lines we propose the following action in the field of Miguel Hernández.
In a first 2500 m2 sector without access Avenue:
1.- Social housing construction is projected, due to the large number of needy families and owed to solve their housing problems. Few actions have been taken since a year ago, we adopted antidesahucios measures, and the Joint Committee for Social Housing will be promoted. Nor it has called the Covenant or the Joint Committee. This would be a real and powerful measure that would solve a latent lack in our city.
2.- Allocate the entire ground floor of the building to install the Department of Planning and Environment, equipping it with modern facilities commensurate with the needs of two very important for the daily life of dianenses, especially the Department of Environment departments.
In the second sector also 2.500 m2, with access from Avenue:
1.- the construction of new facilities is drafted to accommodate the needs of Llunàtics and Dinamics and facilities of the Department of Youth. This project could include installing a small room-auditorium with reduced capacity (no more than 400 people), several exhibition halls and the Reading Agency Baix La Mar.
2.- A diaphanous installation was designed as a multipurpose room, which would accommodate all those activities that often for lack of space on the public road or weather inclemencies can not be done outdoors. This room could be used for fairs, meetings, etc ...
Surely this proposal will in the drawer of oblivion, but we must stop looking to the past and be realistic, noting what the current needs of the city and allow ourselves to make toast to the sun, giving five minutes of glory, but contribute little to dianenses.
